Face to face visits take place to confirm debtors’ addresses and to deliver final notices before proceeding with legal action. Please note that these visits are conducted by our attorney’s agents in a very professional manner, at all times. Legal action, and the applications of Emolument Attachment Orders, are processed by our Attorneys.
The cost for these actions will be added to the debtor’s account and if unsuccessful to Lannco’s account and not our client’s. In the event where litigation is required, the matter will first be discussed with our client to stipulate the cost involved should they wish to proceed with the matter.
